Women are a diverse group that make more than 80 percent of all buying decisions in the household yet sadly as a whole still earn less money than their counterparts, making just 78 cents for every dollar a man gets.
With couples between the ages of 25 to 39 making up 60 percent of all divorces, gone are the days when women can solely rely on marriage as a form of financial security, yet according to the U.S. Federal Reserve, “Only 35 percent of single women have retirement accounts, and just 8 percent have traditional pensions”
